I don't know these players that well but it looks as if we are looking to build a competetive team. It's also great to see us getting in early. Obviously how the team plays once the season kicks off is another matter, but after a mediocre season, its nice to have some hope of an improvement.

Just to add. We seem to go out of every cup competition at the first opportunity. A run in the cup brings revenue.
