Went to welling v carshalton last night. Welling win 2-1, I’ve no idea how. Carshalton missed a host of glorious chances, even right at the depth with the welling keeper pulling off a Gordon Banks type save. If we get as many chances I’d hope we score a fair few. Agree with all of this. But even with our current model, nowhere near enough is being done to get the community through the gates and coming back.
This is meant to be a community club and one of the focal points of our town. Utter failure on this.

It’s a real big shame. A local derby where we need as many vocal supporters as possible. But sadly can’t knock anyone for feeling this way.

It’s just my opinion, but I think it’s naive to think that noone at the club reads this forum. Are they going to listen, perhaps even reach out to the supporters. I went on the focus group for improving the match day experience, it was farcical.

Top man is Samir, excellent player too. Hopefully he recovers so he can still play, wherever that may be. Good luck to him in his recovery.

Fighting relegation, they will be up for this. This is also their cup final.

All I can say to our board is there are quite a few long term supporters (40 years plus )who have followed the Darts for years and are fed up with what feels like a complete lack of ambition from the club.

We need investment but the club seem happy just to plod along in this pub league until dare ...
