Re: Burgess Hill Town v Dartford Sat 24 Jan 2026
Still, at least the traffic around dartford whilst trying to get home has made the day slightly more bearable

Re: Burgess Hill Town v Dartford Sat 24 Jan 2026
Best performance I’ve seen from a ref all season.
Other than that, dreadful and predictable as usual.
Can predict the subs 5 minutes before they are made.
Tactics consist of sideways, sideways, backwards and then hoof!
Ady not allowed on the bench as he had the wrong shoes, how amateur is that ...

He had a better view than any of us if he thought that was good.
Worryingly deluded.

Re: Hashtag Utd v Dartford Fri 9 Jan 2026
"The League is going to be tight behind Folkestone I think; our aim and some people laugh when I have said before, our aim this year was to survive in the League. That is our first and foremost aim in the League and if we can get in the play-offs again this season, it would be an absolutely ...

Re: Hashtag Utd v Dartford Fri 9 Jan 2026
To finish on a positive we're back in the play off spots with 41 pts, which pretty much guarantees our apparent aim of "survival" in this division.
But if we stay in the play off spots it would apparently be an "amazing" achievement.
So well done everyone, mission accomplished........ :roll ...

Re: Hashtag Utd v Dartford Fri 9 Jan 2026
I wasnt there tonight so I cant comment on the match but what I will say is that I dont think we deserve nor look like we will be in the play offs this season. Even when we win a game it looks lucky and we hold on for dear life like Chatham. We caught them cold and we hung on for 80 minutes. We ...

Re: Hashtag Utd v Dartford Fri 9 Jan 2026
Spent the night shivering at that soulless stadium, wish I hadn’t of bothered.
Pennock watching the game from the opposite side to the dugout, I’m sure it made sense to him somehow.
Abysmal subs and game management.
Barely any effort from the players to come over at the end.

Re: Isthmian Premier League News
Tonights results.....
Chatham 3-0 Potters Bar
Chichester 2-2 Cheshunt
Folkestone 3-0 Cray Valley PM
Wingate & Finchley P-P Burgess Hill
Folkestone are now 11 points clear with a game in hand.
And 20 points clear of us.
I think it’s safe to say we will be in this division for many a season to ...

He enjoyed watching us? well at least someone did.
Singles out Callum for praise as he kept running 😂 how he gets 90 minutes every week baffles me. He’s paid to ...

Re: Lewes v Dartford Sat 6 Dec 2025
Blames everyone but himself.
He picked the side and chose to put so many players out of position.
He chose to make subs that made it even worse.
There also isn’t a chance that he didn’t know the players hadn’t come over, he was yelling at them to get straight in.
Agree it wasn’t a great ...

Re: Lewes v Dartford Sat 6 Dec 2025
Nine times out of ten it would have been 3 points. The Lewes goalkeeper had a blinder and was Man of the Match.
Have to disagree. Think Lewes had the better clear cut chances, had a one on one with Henly which was saved well and also had a 3 on 1 at the end before they scored. It was a naff ...

Re: Lewes v Dartford Sat 6 Dec 2025
Dreadful from start to finish.
Pennock stopping the players coming over at the end too is disgraceful. Fair play to Olly, tennnat and henly who ignored him and did it anyway.
Half the lineup out of position, subs coming on and making it worse.
Can’t remember a game where we’ve offered so little ...

Re: Lewes v Dartford Sat 6 Dec 2025
I didn't think there was much between the two sides over the 90 minutes but it wasn't a great game, not helped by the windy wet conditions.
But from our perspective we have got to keep possession better as again we gave away too many loose passes and at times did not protect the ball well enough ...

Hopefully this is Ady saying enough is enough with the red cards and the silly yellows that turn into reds it simply just has to stop.
I would be making Tennent captain for the next game he is a natural leader, would also be checking ...

Re: Whitehawk v Dartford Tue 25 Nov 2025
I thought Luther had a very good game tonight bearing in mind he’s been totally out of the picture and shipped out.
The game itself wasn’t the best but a win is a win.
I said during pre season that Micheal wouldn’t even make my first 11, let alone be captain.
Pennock needs to show a bit of strength ...

Re: Dartford v Chichester City Sat 15 Nov 2025
Not the most entertaining of afternoons but a win is a win and was much needed after the previous two results.
Dan Smith with another solid performance, nice to have a big man up top who scores goals.
Dan Carter very good again, can’t see him not cementing that position as his own now.
Plenty of ...
