Not the most entertaining of afternoons but a win is a win and was much needed after the previous two results.
Dan Smith with another solid performance, nice to have a big man up top who scores goals.
Dan Carter very good again, can’t see him not cementing that position as his own now.
Plenty of choices for Ady to make when he has odaudu and Eddie back to full fitness.

It was a good reason not to put sub Oduadu on the pitch when we were two up, gives the lad a bit more time after injury.
When you think what City themselves have just been through about players hitting walls you'd think a foul like that when Sam was going at full pelt should have been on his mind.
When Michael had the tustle in the corner when their guy went over, he went over to help him up. Whether that was concern or him just being gentlemanly.
But what irks me was the ref booking Pinder for what was pretty petty considering the demolition of Okoye.
Good performance's all over the pitch , I thought. Box, Smith,Bland , Carter,Okoye,Tennant , Whitefield, Pinder.
Motm for me was Joe.

Strange day for me. Decided last minute to opt for a train journey and got to Liverpool Street no Elizabeth line. Too late to go back to drive so ended up on a slow train from Cannon Street. Waited an age fir the fast track bus as I didn’t fancy the walk up the hill and got to PP as the second half started
What I saw was ok. We worked hard and never really looked like conceding
I saw good play from Dan Smith , carter, George ,Jez and Olly. Voted Smithy motm
Loved Smithy’s press , he positions himself superbly to make the most of the press
Bit confused as to subbing Olly. He was a handful down the left where most of our attacks came from. When he was subbed Eddie didn’t occupy the left much so most of the last 15 minutes we had all three forwards from the centre to the right which left us a bit lopsided and worst of all took the pressure off the Chichester right hand side. However we won so no real complaints

That was a good performance yesterday against a dogged side. Could have gone further ahead from Callum and Eddie in the end but we did need that second goal and what a bizarre goal it was. Good performances all over the pitch and not just from our players. Thought that their number 4 was a good little player.
But we outshone them and George was excellent for us. But my motm was Sam Okoye an excellent player for us this season apart from the sendings off.
Spike is so laid back at times, am I right in saying that he's resting on Callum's thigh in the photograph front of programme?
I enjoyed the game yesterday in a funny way and Happy for Dan to get the goals, he deserved them.

So, no Ade Pennock or Roland Edge. Still, we won, who cares if iy@s Les Cleeveley.
No offence Les.

We got a good result against dogged oppo.
The game itself was not a classic but we got the job done.
A good move and finish for our 1st goal.
Our second goal was bizarre to say the least
One of the sloppiest peices of defending I have ever seen!! at this level.
3 good points towards a play off place or better.

If you’re missing him, you could always say his name three times into a mirror?

Anyways glad we are back to winning ways and hopefully this continues at a CVPM’s side who seem a shadow of the side that was tussling with Dover this time last year for top spot.

I see Maxwell has stepped up to the Welling hot seat.
Is it too late one has to ask.
Perhaps he can get them up next year having spent goodness knows how long Trying the same at Sittingbourne.

No offence taken mate ps I hope Maxwell and welling do turn it around as it’s a good local derby if we stay in this league another year that is.
