I would like to clear up a misunderstanding as regards a post I made on the website during the Dover thread.
I made a comment when I saw an incident at half time with Bobby and the police.
I have known Bob pretty well all his life and I made the comment thinking he would see the funny side but little did I know it was taken the wrong way and that there had been a backlash at the club.
Having seen him at the game today I'd obviously upset him with the comment and he let me know.
I'd like to apologise to him and the club if it had caused upset in any way.
