MAPI_E_UNKNOWN_RECIPIENT

Recipient of the mail message is unknown. Check if the user is configured in the mail system or check the spelling of the user's name.

This can happen if you have added the email address in incorrectly. For instance in Global 3000 Debtors Ledger 6.0, Customer Maintenance, Amend Customer Details, Companies, SOP Details. Under email invoices & credit notes?

This is not a valid email address, even though you have separated the two email addresses with a semi colon. The field only allows one email address.

If you wish to have more than one email address, you need to make sure you have http://www.global3000.co.uk/60dox/ZM60_000544.pdf applied, so you can click More & add more email addresses.
