Correct me if I’m wrong but would the party not have been at the Irish regardless due to its links with the management team?

Re: Ady Departs
Yes, the club could have done something -increased the budget, including Ady's salary.
Oh well. Onwards and hopefully upwards.
COYD
This has to be a wind up?
Increase his wages? 😂
It’s very apparent he was talking to Ramsgate long before it leaked on Saturday.
His recruitment last season was ...

Re: Chichester City v Dartford Sat 18 Apr 2026
The big elephant in the room regarding budget is that we still pay TB as one of only 2 full time employees at the club which takes a massive chunk of budget away from management recruitment (Ady we could only afford to pay part time) and player budget.
When we were in the national they made ...

Re: Chichester City v Dartford Sat 18 Apr 2026
Failure of a season from start to finish.
The summer recruitment was horrendous, frempah and eze signed and loaned out within a few months.
The choice of captaincy failed miserably.
He’s had two years to get us up and it hasn’t worked.
If the board give him another year it will show a real lack of ...

Re: Carshalton Athletic v Dartford Sat 4 Apr 2026
Isn’t it about time he learned from his own mistakes this season?
Talks about not having a leader on the pitch, this is the man who made Micheal captain and a goalkeeper as his vice.
Olly the one who is constantly dropped whilst Callum gets 90 minutes every week because he runs.
Not once this season ...

Another tactical master class from Pennock.
Changes a team that won 7-0 last week, we go 2-1 up and he messes around with it again.

Credit where it’s due, thought that was a very good performance.
Can’t see how Folkestone are so many point clear.
Need to build on this and attack the run in with everything we have.

Steve King isn’t the answer to whatever the question is!
He’s been bombed out of every club he’s been at since! If the club are genuine about moving forwards then it needs to be with someone new at the helm.

Nice of us to give winfield a few games to get fit so that he’s ready to return to hornchurch
Why sign him if it wasn’t a guarantee he would be staying.
Micheal getting selected over George too.
Another Pennock masterclass coming up.

Another snore fest.
Pennock naming 3 centre backs on the bench and leaving Pinder out.
A wins a win but by Christ we are so boring to watch.
Subs as predictable as ever.
Don’t think I’ve ever felt so deflated after two wins in a row. Can’t warm to the guy and dont think I ever will.
If welling or ...

Ady doing the rounds in the bar after trying to keep people on side.
George back from a ban next week, in my opinion he comes straight back in.
Hoping we don’t go back to 5 at the back.

Re: Dartford v Cray Wanderers Sat 21 Feb 2026
Game should have been dead and buried before we equalised.
The best part of 85 mins was absolute dross.
Another 90 mins for Callum to do nothing
I’ve not been henly’s biggest fan this season but he was outstanding today.
Personally think the playoffs are dead and buried.

Would love to know if anyone on the board actually sees Ady as the man to take the club forward long term.
If the answer is no, then why are they wasting time prolonging this.
We went into the playoffs last year in poor form and found ourselves lucky ...
