With their match called off Tuesday night and rain coming in this evening and overnight, this match is increasingly looking iffy.
If it does go ahead, it will be on very heavy ground. If it doesn't their will be some extra training for match fitness for the Folkestone game the following week.

I've just read that Mitch Beeney is now playing for Faversham. I was a tad surprised because having seen them play a few times this season I had put on here that Faversham had a good keeper in Roshan Greensall.
Rather surprisingly Greensall left to 'better himself' and went to Ashford United ...

I wonder what team we'll have out tonight? Another side that has a victory behind them at the weekend.

That was a good performance yesterday against a dogged side. Could have gone further ahead from Callum and Eddie in the end but we did need that second goal and what a bizarre goal it was. Tough game with the pressure on the lads and Ade to produce. Not an easy one by a long way. They were a very good side last season.

He's probably more annoyed than the fans over the defeat. He is human.

Let's hope we can carry on the run. No game is easy and I'm sure that W&F have got the wind in their sails after a good win at the top club last week.
I also think that Canvey are an improving side so the midweek draw with them was probably a good result for W&F also ...

Let's worry about W&F first before we worry how others around us are doing. Although admittedly Aveley are banging in the goals lately.
But I think we all knew that Folkestone were going to be the team to watch this season.
