Re: Dartford v Welling Sat 1 Nov 2025
Top of the form table now with Box (10) and Dsane (9) top two goal scorers in the league. Must admit I didn’t think we’d be deeming Wingate & Finchley at home a ‘real test’ since leaving the Isthmian league behind in 2010 - especially considering the previous statement - but it is and we have to ...

Re: Dartford v Welling Sat 1 Nov 2025
Ten unbeaten is very good. Not many teams will do that. Shame it’s sullied by the usual immediate cup exits, but there we are. Hope we carry the momentum into today - think Stringer has done fairly well at PP in the past; fingers crossed Luke Allen has one of his usual unremarkable performances too ...

Re: Cray Wanderers v Dartford Sat 25 Oct 2025
Agree great performance from Henly, probably his best so far. There must be a reason CW didn’t built a shed / stand of some sort opposite the main building. It’s really not a very good football watching experience. Still, they were considerably better opponents than our last two games and we did ...

Bracknell reminded me of Cray W a bit. Looks quite good as you walk in but soon comes the realisation there’s quite a bit wrong. They also boast appalling weather

Slightly ironic thread bump there.Lars Resort wrote: Sun Oct 19, 2025 3:09 pm I haven't been up for a while but I see this thread is hurtling down the 'importance' league rapidly.
All of a sudden Ade and the lads are hurtling in the opposite direction, up the table.
So we'll just sweep this one under the carpet, shall we?

Re: Dartford v Whitehawk Tue 14 Oct 2025
Pleased as punch with that. Whitehawk sat above us before the game but we looked easily a division or two better than them. Totally understand Box getting MOTM, however my vote went to Pinder who made several important interceptions and also kept momentum up well as we went forward time and again ...

Re: Ady Signs New Contract & Player Updates
Was pleased that we retained Williams after last season, however he has not maintained the same standards this time around. Hopefully the loan spell will see him return with replenished vim and vigour.

Re: Brentwood Town v Dartford Sat 11 Oct 2025
Anything other than a defeat is fantastic given all the factors going into this game. Only one team has taken a point from Brentwood, just like Canvey have only taken one point from one team….

Well said Park Life / 5th. So sorry for all that went to support our boys who were yet again let down by another first hurdle ’bye’ for our lower league opponents.

Re: Dartford v Burgess Hill Town Tue 30 Sep 2025
Totally escaped with a point despite taking the lead twice tonight. Some good football on display but certainly none from the home team in the second half. Loads of panicked hoofballs high, wide and not at all handsome. Think Box’s second yellow may have been for handball, or possibly a dive as he ...

Re: Dartford v Cheshunt Sat 27 Sep 2025
Cheshunt had very little to offer, their no.3 was the biggest threat along the side but only really in the first half. To be fair, we played well - particularly at the back - Tennent looked much better than last weekend and am continually impressed with Smith. We must have completed at least three ...

Re: Dartford v Cheshunt Sat 27 Sep 2025
Hard to disagree. Fingers crossed as the injured / suspended players return we improve a bit, but there isn’t enough leadership in our ranks. Hopefully Tennent might fill that void a bit, we definitely need to sort out the discipline though - last weekend’s red card was ridiculous and probably cost ...
