It looks like we've inherited a place in another cup competition in the form of the Women's Isthmian League Cup. And with a chance of adding more silverware to the illustrious trophy cabinet why not?

The ladies take on another team from the level above from the National League South East division 1, where they were defeated 2-0 in the FA Cup away to Actonians.

This time the opponents are London Seaward who currently find themselves at the wrong end of the table. While our girls were seeing off Benfica on Sunday, Seaward were losing 2-0 to our FA Cup conquerors on the adjacent pitch, sending Actonians to the top of the league above Norwich City.

Little bit of information on London Seaward to add:

We have never met them in any league encounter as they have, for a good few seasons, been at Tier 4, whereas the Darts are at Tier 5.
We have met them before only once in a competitive match, that being in the Combined Counties Midweek Cup in season 2022-23 where Darts lost away in the 1st round 1-2 with Shauni Griffiths scoring our lone goal.

We did play them in the last of our pre-season friendlies at home last season (2023-24) where we again lost narrowly 1-2 with Nicha Dyett scoring from the penalty spot.
