Agreed Kentc, but let's not forget that the team that started Saturday were pretty well what Pennock put out at the start of the season. Some on here said they weren't good enough.
But fair play to him that he stuck with them all, yes he bought players in and quickly cleared them out again. Louie didn't start Saturday but he and Hayden quickly bought in to what is going on here.
Some players that Ade stuck with have come on in leaps and bounds especially Denzelle who I think is immense. The whole squad now working for each other.
I for one eating humble pie.
Long may this run continue. Can't wait for Dover at PP just to see what a shambles our game was down at the French port.
Hopefully, we will put that right.🎯

Waterlooville were runaway leaders, but the Darts had a enough games in hand- almost too many- to close the gap if they won them all. It was set for a huge battle.
In the event, the Darts turned in a magnificent performance, and blasted their way to a 6-1 win. Saturday felt a lot like that. There's a lot if football to play, but we are the form team now, and the spirit in the squad must be fantastic. Long may it continue.
I remember the game well Ken, we tore them apart that day

I think the biggest change over last year and early this year is we have a keeper on form who the whole team trusts!

Box and Bullus and the rest of the guys will take all the plaudits for the goals etc however having a steady keeper spreads confidence throughout the team.

Long may it continue COYD’s

May I say that squad wise we are pretty much the same. As regards Kerbey he had a total mare of a game at Dover. Whereas Marsden was taking a lot of flack from certain people in the crowd.
Ade stuck with Jacob after Kerbey left, didn't panic and we are now reaping the rewards.
Ade of course has since won manager of the month, we are on a 17 games unbeaten run.
The manager should be commended and rightfully so.

Absolutely right Lars, Ade has turned it round with pretty much the same squad. He stuck by his judgement when some on here were calling for his head!

I may have to make a return myself soon..... though I'm desperately worried that l might be a jinx and cause the end of our great run!

Might well catch up with you then, Dave. I’m planning to venture down the A12 for the rearranged Chichester match on 11 Feb. I think Ady, his management team and the players deserve all the plaudits for turning a Southeastern commuter train service into the Flying Scotsman in a few short months; absolutely incredible.
