That’s a money signing there ! Everyone in the South were saying Worthing were paying big for Nash and he drops down a league to the Ishmian ! Going to be the team to chase again next season I think…

PS my Darts years started when PT was player / manager it felt like an amazing set up back then, I would have taken him over the Geordie anytime ! Also liked the Bob Makin era and that’s where my user name came from lol.

Anyone remember Leo Fortune West playing for us? He was an amazing player and went on to have a cracking professional career. First time I watched him was in a pre-season game and he scored a hat-trick and I thought we had something special..

Nash was signed by Worthing from Riccay only last summer, wasn't he?
If he had stayed we wouldn't be talking the Dart's/Dover final and probably not Horsham in the automatic promotion spot.

Worthing signed him from Hornchurch in February.

If so, that would be one I’d written off as a no-hoper along with Bullas. Good solid player, gladly see him back at PP.

Jamie Coyle played the full 120 minutes as Whitstable won the FA Vase 2-1 AET.

Former academy player Harvey Smith scored the equaliser in normal time and Daniel Colmer was in goal,

Albie O’Mara-Knapp, who is loan from us, came on as a sub and I was impressed - good ball control and getting stuck into challenges

Harvey Smith, no 9 impressed and fully - deserved to be M.O.M. Wonder if he's still with DFC?

Proud Emma, Keeper Dan Colmer's mum and DFC's Welfare Officer.

Well done Wembley Winner, Jamie Coyle, 41...
He didn't have to run much & wasn't amongst Cramp Casualties.

Other Academy boys celebrating with the winners, included Jaydon Boulton, Ashton Day...

Going by DFC’s post earlier today, he’s ex-academy, not a loanee. Doesn’t mean we can’t try and tempt him back but he’d be competing with Jones as they are very similar style no. 9s

Well done to Jamie yesterday and all the squad and staff at Whitstable. Well done to Ramsgate on promotion, Well done to Dover on gaining Promotion, Well done to Faversham on gaining Promotion. You see there's a trend forming here ;)
On a brighter note of course, there's always Welling and Ebbsfleet to fall back on for a bit of balance in the World.

I wonder how many well-done posts there’ll be if Maidstone win on Sunday 😂

He did very well at Maidstone when he left us, to earn a move to Aldershot.

I recall that he was very disappointed that he felt he was never given a real chance to show what he could do when he was here. Was he one of Kingy's (many) signings?!!

Kingy signed & played him but he never really clicked!!
Then he had a pop at the Darts fans when he left!!

Wonder if he’ll come back to us and his Mum revisits the bar? 🤔 If so I’ll renew my season ticket!
