Another good win on the road, was concerned about the amount of changes to the lineup but the unbeaten run continues. Sets up the Chatham game quite nicely, just got to purchase my ticket before they sell out.

I was hoping to go today but was unfortunately struck down with norovirus lastnight so had to look out for the updates again.

Another hard fault win for Dartford with an under strength side . The Ady went for fresh legs and a few of the first team regulars did not even travel . Add in the ploughed field of a pitch this was never going to be a classic but the boys that came in did us proud and we scored with a quality move . Bullas got to the down to the byline, and crossed in low for Dsane to fire home .

First half was a bit scrappy with neither side dominant, Canvey never really troubled us though and we had the better opportunities with Eddie putting one away just before HT to put us 1-0 up at the break.

We also had some decent opportunities second half and another stone wall penalty not given but Canvey had far more possession and were it not for some good defending and three goal line clearances, we may not have won.

Ady was brave today with his team selection but the six that came in all did well. Another hard fought victory and the unbeaten run continues so well done to Ady and the players.

MOTM - Eddie had a good game and came up with the winner, Michael at the back was good but i gave my vote to Tyler. Slotted in at wing back again and always looks very comfortable in possession every time he plays. A player I'd be happy to see in the team on a more regular basis.

Unbeaten in all of November and December following a pretty crap couple of months. Amazing Ady. Said before the season began that a shaky start could be forgiven, but we must be “there or thereabouts” by Christmas time and to go on the run we’ve had, solidifying a steady XI yet still getting a result away, having had to make so many changes is terrific.
Chatham will be our toughest test for a while, but we’ll be there in our droves and can definitely go there and beat them.

Another hard fought win by the sound of things. Great stuff from Ade and the team. Looks to have taken a big risk resting players but the whole squad seems to be gelling.
Big game Wednesday and I'm going to be there.
Time for optimism at the club but it's going to be a tough one.

We were so much better than Canvey today, despite the 6 changes. More than deserved to lead at HT and my fear was that, as Canvey were so one-dimensional with their play, the more they lumped the ball towards our goal a mistimed header or miscued clearance might have resulted in a goal against us. We dealt with their direct approach though and the unbeaten run continues.

Very good performance from Tyler, Michael strong in defence, Jacob assured between the sticks but Hayden Bullas gets my vote for MoM for an impressive display in midfield.

This run of results is mightily impressive and far exceeds my expectations for the current squad. Even with all the changes, the lads still found a way to win. It wasn't a classic by any means and we had a few shaky moments in the second half, but I think that's what they call resolute defending. I really enjoyed the game although I didn't know that until after the final whistle . As Park Life said, Ady's decision to make so many changes was a brave one, but it paid off and we'll hopefully feel the benefit on Wedesday. I really can't quite get my head around how well the squad are doing and with Dover taking only 1 point from their last 3 home games, maybe even they are not unassailable although at this point, I'm so happy just to be in the mix.
