Shame about Sam Okoye, I thought he had quick feet and was probably our fastest player. Was rather hoping he would stay.
Having said that I'm not surprised he has gone to a National South side. He will probably fit in quite well.
Never mind.

Gutted at losing Sam. He was my sponsored player last season and an extremely nice lad. As well as being a pretty fast lad.
All the best Sam.

Disappointing. But he deserves better. And it’s not Waverley or Webbed Feet.

That's the last of last seasons players now sorted so everything from now on will be a new addition.

He’s just signed for Faversham

Faversham is a lot closer to Croydon than Margate

Oh well, that saved him 9 miles of petrol.
Mind you, I do feel that Margate is the back of beyond.

He certainly did say that JCJ but just couldn’t name them for whatever reason yet PLUS he was still in talks with a couple as well and waiting to see how things went.

Maybe they couldn't get down to sign the papers and the photos until today due to work etc...

Possibly announced tomorrow or monday?

Be interesting to see if he gets a regular start. Undoubtedly a talent, but did have a habit of going missing for the odd game.
