Well it might not have been pretty and the Cray Valley game in particular was dreadful to watch, but the fact is that we have managed 3 games in a row without losing and conceded only the one goal. It's a step in the right direction ... a very small step perhaps, but a step nonetheless. Looking for positives to take into Saturday, Marsden has had a run of 3 decent performances in goal and at Potters Bar we put in our best performance since Chatham and created shed loads of chances and deserved to win the game. We may be lacking quality in certain positions but I do think this new team of ours doesn't quit, which I felt happened quite a bit last season. We are fitter and we keep running to the end. Ady is right to say that a couple of back to back wins could easily kickstart the season, but we are reaching the pivotal point where the season could go either way. So I'm putting all the negativity aside and will be fully behind the lads on Saturday. We have to start winning again soon or it's going to become a relegation battle. The travelling Darts fans really got behind the team at Potters Bar and were appreciative of their efforts. Here's hoping the team give the fans the opportunity to do so again against Cheshunt.

Anyone know if Duayne is available tomorrow or does his suspension start immediately. Also is the punishment one game or three

Usually when a player is sent off for two yellow cards the suspension does not start for 7 days after the sending off which means that Duane's suspension won't start until next Tuesday when we play Hashtag United. As Duane has been sent off twice this season it's likely that he will receive a ban of at least 4 matches.

For the record Dwayne is Dartford player and I am fully supportive of him and want him in the team scoring goals. Sometimes players try too hard to please and to win and end up seeing red. Hopefully he will learn from this and come back stronger

Nice lad and decent player, when fit (A past Supporters' Player of the year) but after these suspensions, Ade should fine him, or he makes a donation to the Supporters' Association / his teammates' funds, for letting us all down, missing games / points?
Apologies accepted but Duane owes us all, starting tomorrow and beyond...

Normally it's a 1 match ban for getting 2 yellow cards. The FA may hit Duane with a further ban as it's the second time that he has been sent off this season.
