I seem to remember we were a little apprehensive about meeting them at home as Hendon had hit the ground running at the start of the season.
They were doing very well but I was a little disappointed that we didn't beat them. We should have put a couple of chances away and it ended 0-0.
Of course things changed and they lost their manager and a few players. They went into free fall towards the bottom of the table but have since recovered a tad. Had to as it was looking iffy for them.
Hopefully we have enough in the tank to get a result tomorrow to keep the pressure on those behind us.

Hooray, new ground! Missed Bowers & Pitsea as I was on a ban, so thank god the dreaded VD was yesterday or I’d have had no hope of this one either! Is this where DFC won the Isthmian North despite defeat against Edgware, or am I getting confused?

Wasn’t this where we played on a Tuesday night straight after we won the league at Kingstonian ? Won 1-0 I think.

No different ground. That was in Edgware not far from Barnet’s ground. I believe that ground was sold off. Hendon now play in Kingsbury (where I was born !)

Is this the ground where they called it off about 230 pm after we’d all traveled up there due to a frozen pitch they would have know of at 10am? I might get one right.

If I recall correctly, from my days living in Harrow, this was the ground of Kingsbury Town. Did The Darts ever play them? I have a feeling they were in the lower reaches of the Isthmian in those days so not so sure. I think The Darts were on the Southern League side of the pyramid then. Anyone know what happened to Kingsbury Town FC?

Every match is massive for us now in the run in ! Could see the team were a little tired on Tuesday and as much as it was a good point I think I am so used to us winning I drove away a little disappointed we couldn’t pull away from the chasing pack.

Still all to play for and I’m confident we can get back to winning ways today !
