Their web site suggests that their start has been as disappointing as ours with one draw and two defeats. They have, however, managed to score four goals to date. Could be interesting.

Yep, I was club secretary there for 10 years.

Bracknell’s chairman owns the ground so it is most likely to be played on Saturday 30th as currently advertised.

They haven’t won a League games in a period that stretches back well into last season. Scraped survival at step 3 on the last day of the season on goal difference.

Despite their poor run they have a plethora of players that have played at National League/NLS level - Pavey, Bowerman, Grant, Magri, Amartey, etc.

Will be interesting to say the least (and for me in more ways than one!)

Would have preferred to play it at PP though. Let’s hope we can take over their town with a big following.

The kick off time has been changed to 6.30pm on the Saturday evening....

Wtf!! Clash of Commitments!!!

There’s a charitable tournament taking place on the rec next to their ground that also shares the car park on both Saturday and Sunday next weekend. The tournament has NOT been organised by BTFC but it obviously clashes with our Cup Tie and would cause severe traffic, parking and access issues. If you need any more info I’m happy to chat at the game today or Monday.

Neither side are going to want a replay. Worst case scenario would be a draw followed by pulling a NS team away on Monday (well, Ebbsfleet could be fun).
We have been mercurial to say the least so far, there are definitely goals in this team but keeping defensively tight has to be the priority. Let’s hope the floodlights behave!

Hoping for a positive outcome, as I do look forward to an FA Cup run for the club, but they've been a bit thin on the ground in recent seasons. Is this the year?
