Firstly, please note Sutton United have a new home venue this season:

DAVID WEIR LEISURE CENTRE
MIDDLETON ROAD
CARSHALTON
SM5 1SL.

And secondly, our team will be very aware of Sutton creating their own history last week, by also reaching the 2nd round of the FA Cup.
They did it by beating Brentford away. Nuff said!

After yesterday's derby and 4th in a row league win for our DFC Men, manager and staff, let's hope our Women carry on winning today and keep it up towards the Top!

Sutton United will be on a massive high after last week. Ofcourse our ladies are better than them but they must stay fully focussed this afternoon. Otherwise, the slightest reduction in performance levels percentage wise could be their undoing.
We know how much they feed of the excellent support they receive. They'll certainly need the twelfman today. Last season I positioned myself near Lucy Clark praising the officials immediately following every moan Lucy made about a decision not going their way lol!
I won't be there today but I'm sure everyone will be vociferous in their support.

Ah well!
After our brilliant DFC men's derby victory on Saturday, our women's first defeat this season wasn't without warning... This will surely be a reminder of and motivator against improved and rising other teams, in this league.
