Welling utd ground redevlopment.
Plans to redevelop Welling's ground with 104 flats on Park View road and upgrade the football stadium have fallen flat. The freehold of the land is owned by Bexley Council and there is a clause in Welling's lease which forbid' residential development Another problem was Erith & Belvedere have their own lease on part of the football ground.
