A non contract for a bloke that's been retired since 2019.

Club is in the depths christ.

He's playing tonight so i would guess he's beeen training for a while. Well rated when he last played and as he's non contract not a financial risk so worth a look at.
Welcome Michael and good luck.

Does seem like a massive gamble. It’s either a masterstroke or an embarrassment for Ade.

Just found out he has been training with us and to play tonight you have to be registered so club and player are just seeing how things go. Makes sense to me.

The Futures White wrote: Tue Oct 15, 2024 7:22 pm The signing of Marc-Anthony Okoye is a bit of a surprise considering that he retired from playing football 5 years ago due to a knee issue. He has previous experience with Bromley, Braintree and Dulwich Hamlet.

Sounds like Pennock's confined to working within the boundaries of a budget of austerity based on a business plan drawn up by the Bank of England.

It seems a bit of imagination and resourcefulness is now required for any additional recruitment.

If there are any retired players in the area who are concerned about losing their winter fuel allowance this season, please get intouch immediately.

So the stupidest red card decision I've ever seen given has been overturned. Must have taken all of 5 seconds.

Good to hear Pinder will be available this weekend and there'll be no fines for the alleged offence.
The appeal verdict was never in doubt.
But there's never true justice in these situations.
There will always be that nagging feeling the team was denied two points Saturday.

The referee can only give what he sees. Or consults the linesman which from what I heard, he didn't.
So he's made a decision based on something he couldn't possibly of seen because nothing happened.

If he did see something, he should have been pulled in immediately after the game for a random shrooms test.

Good News and Good for the lad. A Ref out of his Depth and another cheat of a Player making the most of the situation when his body actually goes into Pinder after Pinder has played the Ball. If anything it was a foul in the other direction, just another Ref conned and not able to read the situation.

Fascinating to see what the ref didn’t like and how he got it so wrong about that tackle! Worrying really when you can get something that wrong

😂 indeed ….. how the hell did he give that 😡

Perhaps he’s heading for the Premier league where it’s all about the ref

It would not surprise me if there are comings and goings all season.
After years of reasonable success for whatever reason to me the club I have supported for a long ,long time are in the doldrums.
The policy these days seems to be .....plod along with the resolving door policy .
Sorry but it is all very amateurish to me.
If we do have financial issues as rumoured then I do fear for the future of our club.
Because what is being dished up on the pitch is sadly nowhere near what Darts fans are paying to watch.
